Scouting America gathers at Indiana Statehouse for inaugural report

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Scouting America on Monday presented its inaugural report to the state at the Indiana Statehouse.

According to members of the former Boys Scouts of America, the event highlights the impact of Scouting in local communities.

Scouts also could meet with key state leaders as they showcased the values and achievements of Scouting America in Indiana.

During Monday’s inaugural address, Republican Gov. Mike Braun received the national Outstanding Eagle Scout Award.
