The Foundation for the Defense of Democracies (FDD), a research institute focusing on national security and foreign policy, has identified 28 Iran-backed terrorist groups and branches in the Biblical areas of Judea and Samaria in Israel, sometimes referred to as the West Bank, where Palestinians have consistently murdered Jews for decades.

Iranian arms and funding have primarily fueled this violent escalation. FDD’s Long War Journal has identified 26 West Bank branches belonging to established terrorist organizations, and two independent armed groups.”
