INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Another warmup with more chances for showers and storms is ahead for the second half of this week into Easter weekend.

FROST ADVISORIES are in place for central Indiana from 3 AM – 9 AM Wednesday.

Tuesday night: Mostly cloudy skies to start. Skies clear out by the early morning hours. Low temperatures in the mid-30s with winds decreasing.

Wednesday: Sunny skies are going to be around all day. High temperatures near 60 degrees for what will be a much more enjoyable day than Tuesday.

Thursday: Clouds will increase as the day goes on a warm front crosses Indiana. A spotty chance of showers and storms is possible late in the day. High temperatures in the mid-60s.

7-Day Forecast: Friday will surge into the upper 70s ahead of a slight risk of severe weather Friday PM/Friday night. Rain will remain likely into Saturday. For Easter, scattered showers and storms may be in the area, but temperatures will be above average. We’ll also have to watch out for where training rain sets up this weekend because there could be renewed flooding concerns. Some showers could linger into Monday morning
