Online court records did not yet show a new case against Walker, but he was preliminarily charged with a felony count of burglary.

Walker was convicted on Dec. 4 in Marion Superior Court 32 on two counts of felony burglary, and took a plea deal. He received a two-year suspended sentence, and two years of probation. His re-arrest would be a violation of his probation.

Walker also was sentenced on Dec. 4 in Marion Superior Court 32 to probation on another case on a felony count of resisting law enforcement. Online court records show he was sentenced to time served after he’d spent 65 days in jail awaiting the conclusion of the court cases. The resisting law enforcement case involved a pursuit in a stolen vehicle in the summer.
